Thus, I believe fruits are important to my weight management. I alsobelieve that though nutritious food keeps me health, a bit of morning exercise adds to its effectiveness. It helps to burn calories and revives my metabolism system. Keeping track of what I eat and their content is my way of managing weight and my calorie and exercise journal has been helpful to me.
